I placed my order on 16th July, and the expected delivery date was showing as 19th July. However, from 21st July onwards, the status kept showing "Out for Delivery" every single day. I kept hoping it would arrive, but it never did.
Eventually, on 25th July, I was forced to go to the warehouse myself to collect the parcel. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time.
The product itself was fine, but the delivery company’s service was extremely poor. Such delivery service is frustrating and disappointing for any customer. I request the store to seriously review their delivery partners
