Color Disclaimer

We photograph every case and cover in studio lighting so you can see the design clearly. Even so, the colour you see on your screen can differ slightly from the product in your hand. This is true on every online store, and here's why:

• Screens differ. The same photo looks warmer, cooler, brighter or darker depending on your phone or monitor and its brightness settings.
• Lighting differs. A case looks different in daylight, indoor lighting, and camera flash.
• Finishes vary slightly between production batches — especially matte, glitter, plated and textured finishes.

What we promise

• The design, pattern, and model fit of your cover will match what's shown on the product page.
• Minor print-position variation on printed/customised covers is normal and not a defect.
• If your item is clearly a different colour or design than ordered — not a slight shade difference — that's a wrong-item claim and is fully covered: free replacement or refund, no return needed. See our Refund & Replacement Policy.
• A slight shade difference between your screen and the real product is not a fault. If you're unsure about a colour before ordering, WhatsApp us at 0306-4744465 and we'll send you real photos or a short video of the product in hand.
