Is OrderNation a genuine and trustworthy store?
Yes — OrderNation has served customers across Pakistan since 2014 and is one of the country's largest phone-case and accessories stores. Cash on Delivery is our default, so you can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives; optional prepaid checkout (with a small discount) is also available on ordernation.com. Every order is covered by OrderNation's 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee, and you can reach us any time on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465.
How can I place an order?
You can order on ordernation.com, or message OrderNation on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your phone model and the design you want and we'll place it for you. How will you deliver my order?
OrderNation delivers your order to your shipping address through a registered courier service (PostEx, TCS, Leopards, M&P, or Trax). For Cash on Delivery orders, the courier collects payment in cash when your order is delivered.
How long will my order take to arrive?
OrderNation dispatches orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–5 working days to major cities (Lahore is often faster) and about 6–8 working days to remote and northern areas; during peak or mega-sale seasons it can take up to 10 working days. You get courier tracking by SMS and email when your order ships (couriers: PostEx, TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax).
Do you offer express shipping?
OrderNation offers standard nationwide delivery — most orders arrive in 2–5 working days, and Lahore is often faster. There's no separate paid express tier; orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and you get courier tracking by SMS and email.
Can I get a custom case with my own photo or name printed on it?
Yes! OrderNation makes custom Photo Printed cases — send us your own photo, or any design you like, and we print it onto the case. Printed cases are available in Glass, Metal, Hard, and Clear case types. Message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your photo or design and your phone model, and we'll set it up. Payment is Cash on Delivery by default (optional prepaid checkout is also available on ordernation.com), so no advance payment is required. Please note: our imported ready-made designer cases come in their existing designs and can't be customised — customisation applies to our printed cases. (OrderNation ships within Pakistan only.)
What are the different case types you offer and how do they differ?
We offer two kinds of cases. (1) Custom Photo Printed cases — we print your own photo or any design you like, available in these case types: Glass (glass back, premium look, photos print sharp), Metal (metal-frame finish), Hard (rigid hard shell), and Clear (transparent). (2) Imported ready-made designer cases — these come in their existing designs and can't be customised. Tell us your phone model and the type you'd like on WhatsApp (0306-4744465) and we'll confirm exactly what's available for your phone.
Why can't I place an order for more than 2 items per product?
OrderNation sets a 2-per-product purchase limit on select items to stop wholesalers and resellers from buying in bulk, so customers across Pakistan can get our products at fair prices. For genuine bulk or wholesale needs, message WhatsApp 0306-4744465.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Delivery is FREE for orders of Rs. 650 and above. Orders of Rs. 200–649 ship for a flat Rs. 150, and orders under Rs. 200 ship for Rs. 199.
Can I pay in advance by bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, or do I pay after delivery?
Cash on Delivery is OrderNation's default and most popular option — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, with nothing in advance. You can also choose optional prepaid checkout on ordernation.com (bank transfer, Card, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) and get a small prepaid discount. Important: OrderNation never asks you to send money by WhatsApp, SMS, or DM before delivery — all prepaid payment happens only through our website checkout, so please ignore anyone who asks you to pay any other way.
What payment methods do you accept?
OrderNation accepts Cash on Delivery (pay the courier in cash on arrival) nationwide — our most popular option. You can also pay by optional prepaid checkout (bank transfer, Card, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) on ordernation.com, with a small prepaid discount. OrderNation never requests advance payment by WhatsApp, SMS, or DM.
Can I open the Cash on Delivery package before paying the courier?
No — the courier collects payment before the package is opened. But you're fully protected: every order comes with our 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, WhatsApp us at 0306-4744465 within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return the item.
Can I get a discount, or will you lower the price?
Our listed prices are already kept as low as possible, so we don't negotiate on individual orders. We do run occasional discount codes and promotions, so it's worth checking the website for any active offers. Also, if a product's price drops within 7 days of your purchase, you're entitled to a credit voucher for the difference (excludes Sale, Clearance, Daily Deal, and B-Quality items). Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 650 or more.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
OrderNation runs occasional discount codes and promotions — check ordernation.com and our Instagram (@ordernation) for current offers. You also get an automatic discount when you choose prepaid payment at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 650 or more.
Can you send me real photos or a video of the actual product before I order?
Every product page on ordernation.com shows real photos of the case, so the design you see is what you'll receive. If you'd like extra pictures of a specific cover before ordering, message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with the product link or your phone model and we'll help. And for peace of mind, every order comes with a 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee — if what you receive is damaged, defective, or not as shown, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
Am I chatting with a bot, and can I talk to a real person?
You're chatting with OrderNation's automated support assistant, which can handle most questions instantly. If you need a human, OrderNation's team is available on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465, and you can also email support@ordernation.com — send your question or order number and a team member will assist you.
You reduced the price of an article after I purchased it. Am I entitled to a reduction in price?
If we reduce our price within 7 days of your purchase date, you're entitled to a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please email us at support@ordernation.com quoting your order number, the item purchased, and the price difference, and we'll issue a credit voucher. Note: products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance, Special Sale events, Daily Deal, and B-Quality do not qualify.
I'm having trouble ordering on the website — can you help me place my order?
No problem. If the site isn't working for you or you can't find an option, just message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with the product you want (a link, or your phone model and the design), your name, full delivery address, and phone number — and we'll place the order for you. It's Cash on Delivery, so you pay only when it arrives.
The product I want is out of stock — when will it be back, or can you tell me when it returns?
We restock popular items regularly. If a case for your phone is showing out of stock, message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your phone model and the design you want — we'll tell you if and when it's expected back, and we can also suggest similar in-stock designs that fit your phone.
Do you ship internationally?
OrderNation ships within Pakistan only. We deliver nationwide to all major cities, towns, and most remote and northern areas through registered couriers, with Cash on Delivery and free shipping over Rs. 650. OrderNation does not currently ship outside Pakistan.

Do you have retail store locations?
OrderNation is an online store and ships across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery — there's no walk-in retail shop. Lahore customers can collect an order placed online from our warehouse at 12 Nargis Block, Allama Iqbal Town (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM); message WhatsApp 0306-4744465 first to confirm it's ready.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — OrderNation offers order pickup by appointment in Lahore. Collect an order you've placed online from our warehouse at 12 Nargis Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Message WhatsApp 0306-4744465 first to confirm your order is ready. This is order pickup by appointment, not a walk-in store.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — OrderNation handles bulk and wholesale orders. Message WhatsApp 0306-4744465 or email support@ordernation.com with the models and quantities you need and we'll arrange pricing.

After Sale Questions

How do I check my order status or track my parcel?
Track your order anytime at https://ordernation.com/pages/track-order — just enter your order number (it starts with ON, for example ON938753) and the phone number or email you used at checkout. If your parcel has shipped you'll see live courier tracking; if it's still being prepared you'll see your current status. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, then take 2–5 working days to arrive (up to 10 in peak/sale season). You can also WhatsApp us at 0306-4744465 with your order number for a quick update.
My order is late or I haven't received it yet — what should I do?
First, check your order's live status anytime at https://ordernation.com/pages/track-order using your order number and the phone or email you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, but during peak/sale season it can take up to 10 working days. If your order is past this window or you think it's lost, message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your order number — we'll check with the courier right away and make sure it's resolved. Remember, every order is Cash on Delivery, so you only pay when it's delivered.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it's dispatched. Once we hand your order to the courier it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel an undispatched order, log into your account and use the cancel option next to your recent order, use the links in your order-confirmation email or SMS, or message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your order number.
Can I change the name, address, or phone number on an order I've already placed?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your order number and the corrected name, shipping address, or phone number, and we'll update it before dispatch. Please send the change as early as possible so it's applied before your parcel ships.
Can I change the items on my order — swap a design or add another case?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your order number and the change you'd like (a different design, or an extra item) and we'll help adjust it before it ships. Note there's a limit of 2 items per product. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.
The case I received doesn't fit my phone (wrong model, size, or camera cutout) — how do I get it exchanged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund under our 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee — no return needed. If the case we sent doesn't match the model you ordered, we'll send the correct one. Please double-check your exact phone model when ordering so we can match the right case.
I bought an item on promotion or with a discount code. What amount will you refund me?
For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount you paid for the item — not its original value. For example, if you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.
What is your Privacy Policy?

What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?
If your OrderNation order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact OrderNation within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp 0306-4744465 or support@ordernation.com with your order number and a photo or short video. OrderNation arranges a free replacement, or a full refund where a replacement isn't possible — and you never have to post a damaged, defective, or wrong item back. My case developed a fault after the 7-day replacement window — can you still help?
Our free, no-questions replacement covers the first 7 days after delivery (just send a photo on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465). If a fault appears after 7 days, message us anyway with a photo and your order details — while the free-replacement window has passed, our team will review your case and do their best to help with a fair solution.
Can I get a receipt or a tax invoice for my order?
Yes. Your order confirmation (sent to you by email/SMS) acts as your receipt and lists your items and total. If you need a formal invoice for business or record-keeping, message us on WhatsApp at 0306-4744465 with your order number and we'll arrange it for you.
