OrderNation delivers phone cases and mobile accessories nationwide across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available on every order.

Delivery times (Pakistan)

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–5 working days for major cities (Lahore is often faster; remote and northern areas can take 6–8 days). You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched — check your Junk/Spam folder too.

We ship with leading Pakistani couriers, including PostEx, TCS, Leopards, M&P and Swyft. Cash on Delivery is available Pakistan-wide — payment is collected at your delivery address.

Self-pickup (Lahore)

Lahore customers can collect orders from our warehouse: OrderNation, 12 Nargis Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore 54000, Pakistan — Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Coordinate timing with us on live chat or by email at support@ordernation.com before visiting.

Need to change or cancel an order?

Message us as early as possible on live chat, by Instagram DM (@ordernationpk) or by email at support@ordernation.com — orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.

International orders

• Delivery: 8–16 business days via DHL, FedEx or SkyNet.
• Charges are calculated at checkout by package weight and destination.
• Your order may be subject to customs and import duties on arrival; these are charged by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. We are currently unable to deliver to India.
