Delivery times (Pakistan)

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 2–5 working days for major cities (Lahore is often faster; remote and northern areas can take 6–8 days). You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched — check your Junk/Spam folder too.

We ship with leading Pakistani couriers, including PostEx, TCS, Leopards, M&P and Swyft. Cash on Delivery is available Pakistan-wide — payment is collected at your delivery address.

Self-pickup (Lahore)

Lahore customers can collect orders from our warehouse: OrderNation, 12 Nargis Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore 54000, Pakistan — Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Coordinate timing on WhatsApp 0306-4744465 before visiting.

Need to change or cancel an order?

Message us on WhatsApp 0306-4744465 as early as possible — orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.

International orders

• Delivery: 8–16 business days via DHL, FedEx or SkyNet.
• Charges are calculated at checkout by package weight and destination.
• Your order may be subject to customs and import duties on arrival; these are charged by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. We are currently unable to deliver to India.
